Hello my friends!

I’d like to share the latest update on the visual novel and the progress I’ve made over the past few weeks. The process has taken a bit longer than I expected, but I’m really happy with how things are coming along.

Linearts: I’ve been working on several linearts, testing different versions until I found a style that works. I had some issues with the formats since I’m used to drawing for social media, but with these illustrations being for a game, I had to pay more attention to the details and make several adjustments to the brushes I use.

Backgrounds: I’m considering finding someone to help me draw and paint the backgrounds, but for now, I’ve been trying to create some on my own. I’ve been searching for many tutorials and references to improve the backgrounds I draw. I hope you like them!

Dialogue size: I received feedback saying that the text was too small, and I totally understand that! I have a pretty large screen, and while testing the game, I unintentionally made the dialogue too small. I’ve made adjustments to make it more readable. Let me know what you think!

Main menu: I also updated the main menu illustration. I really like how it turned out, though I might still make some changes (we’re still in the early stages of development, hahaha).

Even though it’s taking more time than I’d like, I feel like the project is improving with each step. Soon, I plan to focus on refining the dialogues, designing a new interface, and programming the remaining trophies.
